Shipping damages

As soon as you receive your package, please inspect if for any damage before signing. If the product arrives damaged, take pictures of the damage, and reject the package so it is returned to the sender. Keep in mind that once you sign for the delivery, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company yourself. If you refuse the delivery, please contact us so we can monitor the return and quickly ship you a replacement product. 

Order cancellation

At any time before your product has shipped, you can cancel your order for full refund.

Return after delivery

We also accept returns for full refund of new products within 30 days after you have received your product. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. No items must be missing. A restocking fee of 5% of the full purchase price will be deducted from the refund. Please contact us to get an RMA number and obtain a return address. 

You will be responsible for returns shipping fees to our Asian global fulfilment center. Once the product is received and checked, you will be reimbursed through your original method of payment which may take up to 7 days from the day you receive a refund confirmation for us.
