Wavellon iSUP boards come with a worldwide one (1) year warranty covering manufacturer defects from the date of delivered. Warranty coverage is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.

If a product is found to be defective by Wavellon, in its sole discretion, Wavellon’s only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.

Wavellon cannot be held responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss of use of product.

The Wavellon warranty does not cover damages that may be the result of:

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Improper set-up, packing and storage
  • Poor maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Excessive UV and heat Exposure
  • Use of solvents, adhesives, piercing, or drilling
  • Impacts
  • Rental operations

It is your responsibility to inspect the condition of the Wavellon product upon delivery. Should there be any damage, please follow the process described under our returns policy. 

Any repaired or replaced boards will be covered for the remainder of the warranty period, starting from the original purchase date. 

Products we request to be returned to Wavellon for warranty inspection must receive prior return authorisation from a Wavellon authorized support representative by email. During the process, you will have to share with us the tracking number of the return shipment. Wavellon assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to our warranty facility. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Warranty claims must be made through the Warranty form below and include the original email used to order the product as well as the order number.
